To me, leading the People function in an employee-owned business like Torchbox is about setting our co-owners up to succeed. I focus on creating a trusted, transparent environment where our people have the space, confidence, and support to do their best work.
My priority is to deliver high-impact, practical people strategies that align with our values, strengthen our culture, and support long-term business growth. Having built my career across diverse sectors including publishing, engineering consultancy, and construction, I bring a broad, grounded perspective to our people leadership.
Outside of work, I love reformer pilates, spending time outdoors with my family (whatever the weather!), and catching up with friends.
