Why we’re co-funding AI for good

Through our Innovation Fund, we’ll invest in a small number of partnerships to explore how AI can open new possibilities.

We’re investing in practical innovation that helps organisations navigate complexity and deliver meaningful change. We want to explore how AI can make things faster, but also how it can support more effective ways to deliver, connect and create value for the people and communities you serve.

We’ll match-fund your prototype development up to £15,000, covering 50% of our costs. Some successful proofs of concept cost as little as £3,000–£5,000 in total.

We can also combine this with other resources, including cloud services, grants and government frameworks, to help make your investment go further.

Four stages from idea to prototype

1. Share your idea - Tell us your challenge and ambition.
2. Explore together - We’ll explore feasibility with you and assess your project proposal.
3. Co-fund and prototype - If an award is made, we’ll work together to build a working proof of concept.
4. Scale and build - If it succeeds, we’ll help you find further investment or funding.
