How does it work?
Start by applying for either our Tech or Digital Marketing positions. We don’t need your CV at this point, but we will ask you to complete a few short tasks.
Applications close on Monday 24th April, at which point we’ll shortlist a small group to attend an in-person Academy Day in Bristol. You’ll join a series of exciting talks and workshops followed by a 1-2-1 interview.
We’ll give you a call to let you know if you’ve been successful. At this stage, we can discuss the exciting details of your start date and working arrangements.

Every great day starts with a tasty breakfast, right?
You’ll start by chatting with fellow academy students and Torchboxers over a tasty breakfast from one of our favourite local eateries.
Next, it’s time to plough through a jam-packed agenda
We’ll organise an exciting day of talks, workshops, and team-building activities. This is your opportunity to learn more about Torchbox, employee ownership, and our clients. Our team will introduce themselves and provide an introduction to your chosen career and you'll also be introduced to your mentor. You may be asked to do a short presentation or complete a task. We’ll let you know the full details of this well in advance of the day so you have plenty of time to prepare.
