How does it work?

The first step is to look at what Academy Days we currently have available. These are shaped around the teams, skills, and roles at Torchbox. If there’s one that sounds like a good fit for you, then it’s time to apply!

After the Academy Day we will decide who has been selected for a full-time role. The finer details about the programme, working, travel arrangements, etc. will be discussed and agreed with the successful Academy candidates.

A typical Academy Day

We’ll get you started with a nice brekkie...

...and an opportunity to meet the team and other academy goers. We’ll then kick off with a team-building session (we appreciate these put the fear into some people, but it will be fun, we promise!)

Meet your mentor

You’ll then have a face-to-face meeting with a Torchbox mentor, possibly be asked to do a short presentation, or complete a task (agreed in advance of the day)
