As the IT Service Delivery Manager, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of the support team's daily operations.

My role includes managing the support team developers, coordinating Wagtail upgrades, addressing incident management, enhancing customer satisfaction, conducting service reviews, overseeing the on-call support systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives—and everything in between!

Having worked in digital projects for almost 10 years, I can hand-on-heart say I love what I do. In project work, you strive to improve processes, build relationships with colleagues throughout the journey, and feel a deep sense of achievement when the final product is launched.

Outside of work, I’m a busy mum to three energetic boys. I enjoy balancing family life with personal interests. When not managing the chaos at home, you can find me baking delicious gluten-free treats, working out at the gym, playing padel, or socialising with friends.
