As Client Experience Manager I work across the Digital Marketing team, including Paid Media, Analytics, SEO and email marketing, to ensure that the client service levels we deliver in our Digital Marketing team are industry-leading, and reflective of Torchbox’s unique culture and ethos.

This means working closely with both our internal teams and directly with our clients to understand how we can improve client experience, and streamline our processes - encouraging everyone to speak to me as much as possible!

Before my current role, I worked as a Digital Marketing Consultant at Torchbox working with nonprofits and charities on paid digital campaigns, including search and social media advertising, to help them raise money, encourage fundraising and build their supporter base - essentially bringing the right people to their door.

I'm from an in-house charity digital background, having worked at Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity and Target Ovarian Cancer. I’m used to launching websites and apps, managing complex email programs and running multi-channel campaigns from start to finish.

I created my first website over 20 years ago and have focused on digital ever since, aiming to use it as an incredible tool to help worthwhile causes.

I split my spare time between varied interests which include cooking, photography and family history research.
