The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For 2017
Last night, influential business leaders from across the UK descended upon the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For awards ceremony, to find out which 100 companies had made the prestigious Best Small Companies to Work For list.
We are delighted to announce that in addition to receiving the highest accreditation, a three star rating, Torchbox has been named as one of the top 100 companies to work for in the UK. Considering thousands of companies with 50 to 250 staff were considered for the list, we are delighted with this result.

Torchbox co-founders, Olly Willans and Tom Dyson, comment:
"Juggling commercial imperatives and creating a great working environment is one of the biggest challenges we face. We set out to run a business where colleagues are more than just co-workers, where the mission is something to buy into, and where everyone enjoys a good work-life balance. We’re delighted to be recognised as a leading small company to work for and see this as both an endorsement that we are getting some things right, as well as a challenge to do more.”
