I focus on developing people initiatives that align with our company vision and culture. I work closely with all teams to shape the employee experience, from onboarding to leadership support, wellbeing, and development. I also collaborate with our Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and Wellbeing Voice Groups to help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for all our people. It’s important to me that the People team empowers and supports our co-owners throughout their journey at Torchbox.

I'm proud of how we’ve worked to embed a culture that truly reflects our values, one that’s inclusive, transparent, and supportive of everyone. By fostering an environment where communication is open and people have the freedom to bring their whole selves to work, we've created a space where people feel comfortable and respected.  Embedding an employee-owned culture is a key part of this. These efforts are all about creating an environment where people feel empowered and valued.

Before Torchbox, I worked in HR across different industries such as publishing, marine and engineering consultancy, and construction, which has shaped how I approach people strategy today.

What I enjoy most about my role is being able to drive real change for our people, whether through wellbeing initiatives, helping managers develop their leadership skills, or fostering a positive, inclusive culture.

Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors with my family, whatever the weather, and catching up with friends.
