I am responsible for analysing website data and developing measurement frameworks that help improve the performance, user experience, and overall effectiveness of our clients' websites.
With over 20 years of experience in digital marketing, I still find myself learning new things every week. My background spans analytics, SEO, CRO, UX, and customer journey analysis, providing plenty of opportunities to explore how people interact with digital products and services.
Analytics implementations have become increasingly challenging in recent years. At Torchbox, we're particularly skilled at navigating cookie consent requirements and turning complex technical implementations into meaningful, actionable insights.
My current projects include GA4 implementations and measurement planning for clients such as Help for Heroes and Oxfam. I'm also working with organisations to better understand and improve their data maturity.
Outside of work, I play drums in a country soul band inspired by artists such as Chris Stapleton and Creedence Clearwater Revival. I also enjoy reading and have recently started following football to share an interest with my nine-year-old son, who is completely obsessed with the game.
