I work alongside our clients to sharpen and refine their product vision and strategy. My principal aim is to create standout products and services that meet users' needs.

Prior to joining Torchbox, I worked in different product roles for national charities such as The Scouts, Parkinson's UK and Girlguiding, leading product teams, defining strategy and vision, and elevating the understanding and value of the product internally.

I'm particularly proud of the work I did at Parkinson's UK to respond to the needs of our users at the start of the pandemic. We built a tool rapidly that was completely informed by user insight that we iterated on with feedback.

Currently, I am working with clients including the Nasa Jet Propulsion Lab and Great Ormond Street Hospital. Specifically with GOSH, I am focused on enhancing their use of the Wagtail CMS, to more effectively meet the needs of their users.

I love working as transparently and collaboratively as possible. No question is too small, no concern too light, no stone unturned.

In my spare time I love to read and have just completed my challenge to read 30 books in 2023. I play and watch a lot of football and try to win our local pub quiz each week, albeit unsuccessfully.
