I lead on finding fabulous new people to join the teams across Torchbox, including UX/design, development, delivery management, digital marketing and operations.
I have a passion for building relationships, and my background in retail and owning my own boutique taught me that customer experience is essential to how I work with candidates to ensure the best journey possible.
I’ve loved helping to get our new Torchbox Academy up and running, and I’m looking forward to seeing all of our candidates flourish.
I have two children who keep me busy outside of work, and I regularly spend my weekends on the sidelines in all weather, watching them play sports. I love the outdoors, hiking in the countryside and spending quality time with my family over a good home-cooked Sunday roast.
