I work with my partner clients to define, shape and create user-centred digital products and services that have an impact. I help to solve problems, find opportunities and make sure we're working on the right things.
At Torchbox I lead transformation programmes for clients like Samaritans and RNIB.
I have 16 years’ experience of working on large-scale digital products – working closely with clients to introduce user-centred processes as well as giving technical insight and delivery leadership.
Ultimately I do this job to help create better outcomes for the people my clients support. I'm driven by seeing the work we do have a measurable impact – whether that's income generated, supporters and volunteers recruited, or reaching people with a critical service.
Whenever possible I am outside running, swimming, cycling, camping and having adventures with the kids.
