This incident reporting service is for our Hosting & Application Support clients.

Incident levels

Category 1 (Critical)

Work that needs immediate attention, specifically issues or errors of the following types:

  • Application(s) cannot be accessed by application users
  • Component vulnerabilities (potential or actual)
  • Information security breach (potential or actual)

Category 2 (High/Moderate)

Work that takes priority. This includes issues or errors that do not fall into the category above, resulting in:

  • Part of the application(s) being inaccessible
  • An issue with the application(s) that causes users not to be able to complete a business critical journey

Please use the usual support channels for anything that doesn't fall into these categories.

Our status page is also kept up-to-date of widespread potential issues.
