Our clients are all over the world and our team of 90+ permanent staff span five continents.
We have three physical office locations in Oxfordshire, Bristol, and Manilla but we’re not fussy about where you’re based. If you’re right for Torchbox then we can make it work!

Diversity and Inclusion
We aim to learn, educate and make positive changes, which result in a diverse and inclusive environment. For our employees, clients, and people in the tech industry as a whole.
Changes we’ve made so far include setting up wellbeing rooms in both our offices, introducing a more inclusive recruitment process, and inviting experts in to do talks on subjects like neurodiversity.

Each group has the power to decide on new initiatives and the budget to make initiatives happen.

Sustainability
We’re proud of our history in supporting the environmental movement. We’ve worked extensively with WWF, Greenpeace, and others - and we were active in creating the first carbon footprinting and monitoring tools. Today, our Climate Action Voice Group drives forward our sustainability agenda and our path to NetZero. Read more about our sustainability goals.
