As a Support Engineer, I work across almost all of our client accounts, whether that’s managing incidents, handling upgrades, or onboarding new projects into support. Having this broad view across so many different projects gives our team a unique perspective, helping us spot issues early and recommend best practices in a more holistic way.
I’ve worked in web development since 2000, with most of that time spent in or for local government. I have extensive experience delivering support within an ITIL framework and have been an ITIL-qualified Release Manager for over a decade, designing and implementing support processes for a range of organisations.
Outside of work, I write and publish tabletop roleplaying games, mostly focused on modern melodrama and kitchen-sink realism. I am also a classically trained singer and choir director.
