Email Marketing Specialist
We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing team, helping our clients to deliver effective, insight-led email programmes.
You’ll plan, build and optimise campaigns using platforms like Dotdigital and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, while contributing to wider integrated activity across paid and owned channels.
This role suits someone with experience in email marketing who enjoys working with data, testing and improving performance, and managing multiple client accounts.
Web Analyst
We’re looking for a Web Analyst to join our Impact and Measurement team, helping our clients turn data into meaningful insights. You’ll work with tools like GA4, GTM and Looker Studio to ensure data is collected accurately, analysed thoughtfully, and presented clearly.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data, spotting trends, and asking the right questions to drive better decisions. You’ll be part of a team of data specialists, with plenty of opportunity to learn and develop your skills while working on purposeful projects.

100% of our business is owned by our Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) on behalf of all of the employees. It's what's called 'indirect ownership'. No one has any shares themselves, instead the Trust owns the shares on our behalf. This means there's no problem when people join or leave.
