Digital Marketing Consultant
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Consultant to lead the strategy and delivery of high-performing cross-channel campaigns for our nonprofit clients. You’ll combine hands-on digital expertise with consultancy skills, to help clients align marketing activity with organisational goals, adopt innovation, and deliver measurable impact through paid media, email and CRO.
Paid Media Specialist
We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to support the planning, delivery and optimisation of PPC and paid social campaigns for some of the world’s biggest charities and NGOs. You’ll work closely with clients, helping them reach the right audiences, make the most of their budgets, and deliver campaigns that drive real impact.

100% of our business is owned by our Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) on behalf of all of the employees. It's what's called 'indirect ownership'. No one has any shares themselves, instead the Trust owns the shares on our behalf. This means there's no problem when people join or leave.
