As Talent Manager at Torchbox, I lead on everything from recruitment and candidate experience to future skills and capability planning. I’m responsible for growing and managing our freelance talent pool, shaping our employer brand, and ensuring our hiring processes are inclusive, thoughtful, and values-aligned.
Beyond recruitment, I work across the People team on our learning and development strategy, competency frameworks, salary benchmarking, and skills planning - helping us support brilliant people to grow and thrive in their careers at Torchbox. I’m passionate about creating space for people to do their best work, feel recognised, and see a future for themselves at Torchbox.
Outside of work I'm a crisis worker, supporting those who have been affected by sexual violence, a role that is incredibly fulfilling. I'm also an avid Suits fan, love to write poetry and travel as much as possible.
