I've worked in both agency and in-house UX teams across multiple industries to ensure that products/services are intuitive and meet user needs. Prior to UX, I worked in charity operations, so I also have years of on-the-ground experience within the charity sector.
I’m lucky to work on some amazing projects at Torchbox for clients, including NASA JPL, Sue Ryder and The National Institutes of Health (NIH) in the US.
I specialise in asking the right questions to uncover juicy insights about users and maximise the potential for a project's success.
Outside of work I paint, run, eat at a lot of vegan restaurants and spend time with my three cats.
