Chris Danks

I help charities and public sector organisations make sense of their website and marketing data, ensuring they collect the right information to measure success and make informed decisions.
A common challenge we see is organisations with so much data that it becomes difficult to extract meaningful insights. I specialise in simplifying and focusing on usable data collection—ensuring our clients gather the data that truly matters and can analyse and use it effectively. I also create measurement plans, set meaningful KPIs, and implement tracking solutions.
I particularly enjoy working with charities to uncover opportunities to generate income, optimise user journeys, and enhance transparency—something that’s increasingly essential in today’s digital landscape. Some of the organisations I’ve had the privilege of working with include Chatham House, the Disasters Emergency Committee, Oxfam, Mind, Amnesty International UK, and Acas.
Alongside my day-to-day work, I support my colleagues to develop their skills and deliver the best results for our clients.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading sci-fi and fantasy, playing video games and running. I also love spending time with my family, whether that’s exploring the countryside or simply enjoying a quiet weekend together.
