Laura Gonzalez
My role focuses on the Leadership and Development of our people. Working closely with the wider people team and our community of managers and team leads, we help to ensure that our people have the best tools, training, and support to succeed, develop, and grow in their careers at Torchbox.
Throughout my career, I have worked in HR in various industries, including nonprofit and professional services. I have also completed my L7 CIPD HR qualification.
My experiences have taught me to never stop learning. And working with talented people enables me to learn something new every day. I get job satisfaction from helping people overcome challenges, enabling growth and development, and seeing people progress and achieve their goals.
I'm currently based in Yorkshire but have a dream to move to Spain one day. In the meantime, you will find me reading, gardening or enjoying a glass of wine at the weekend!
