James Leavesley
At Torchbox I'm ultimately responsible for ensuring we deliver against our overarching vision for the company. Day-to-day I run our business operations, integrating our major functions to deliver quality and value to our clients.
I have over 20 years experience within digital agencies, both privately owned and large multinational organisations such as the WPP group. I'm an experienced leader in all areas of digital, working across a number of different sectors including, NFP, Telco and Retail.
I'm passionate about transforming Torchbox into an Employee Owned Trust and empowering our people to deliver fantastic digital products for our clients.
I have three children who keep me fit and I'm a keen runner and cyclist, regularly donning the jersey of my local running club, Woodstock Harriers.
