Client Partner (Charity)
Vicky

As a Client Partner in the charity sector, I help clients such as Oxfam and PATH to craft product and service solutions that align with their goals and truly meet user needs. I’m really driven by understanding human behaviour and exploring how we can influence it to spark positive societal change.

With over two decades of experience in digital and product development, I'm always learning - it's one of the things I love most about this field. The pace of technology is relentless, and there’s always something new to explore and apply. But I keep coming back to the fundamental question: "So what?" For me, that's where the real value lies. I've had the opportunity to work across a variety of sectors, from marketing agencies to nonprofit publishers like Cambridge University Press, to tech giants like Arm. In every role, I've made it a priority to keep customer-centricity front and centre.

During my time at Cambridge University Press, I partnered with the Technology Director to launch a pioneering global digital academic content platform. This platform consolidated several standalone entities and integrated books and journals, making it the first of its kind in academic publishing. It was shortlisted for four industry awards and became the first publisher to achieve an ASPIRE Gold award for accessibility, scoring a perfect 100%.

At Woodgreen Pets Charity, I led a strategic initiative focused on prevention and intervention, leveraging digital technology to drive behaviour change. This resulted in the creation of three new digital services for pet owners, guiding them through a comprehensive digital ecosystem designed to support them at every stage of their pet ownership journey.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me walking my Puggle, Buffy, chauffeuring my daughter around, or practising my 'strength in age' mantra at the gym. I’m also a big fan of immersive exhibitions and live events—they’re a great way to fuel creativity and stay inspired.
