Simon Evans
I architect and build digital experiences, my aim always being to delight users through accessible, performant and intuitive user interfaces.
I have over 10 years experience in web development, taking a particular interest in performance and accessibility. I enjoy coaching and mentoring others, continuously improving our internal processes, and helping to bridge the gap between design and development.
I've been fortunate enough to lead front-end strategy and development on a number of projects at Torchbox, including rebuilding the Oxfam GB and CCA (California College of the Arts) websites, and I've worked with some great clients like NHS Digital, Samaritans, Sue Ryder and Be the Business.
I love hiking and have travelled all over the world to far-flung places like the Canadian Rockies in order to get my fix. I've been playing the guitar since I was a teenager, though recently much of my time has gone to proudly fathering two kittens.
