Michael Wilkinson


As Product Director, my role is to help bring our client’s vision and strategy to life working with our talented teams, with a particular focus on the US clients. I am passionate about innovation and delivering exceptional results by using the power of people and tech, all with the aim of making a meaningful impact.

As a digital transformation leader, I've worked across both the nonprofit and media sectors. At The Telegraph, I was a key player in and delivered digital coaching for 500 journalists. At RNID, the UK's leading charity supporting people who are deaf or have hearing loss, I led a complete transformation of the organisation through digital innovation.

I've been described as "the positive disruptor", which I try to live up to by bringing a positive and proactive attitude to everything we do, whilst being unafraid to challenge the status quo and to do things differently.

I'm currently learning Spanish and the intricacies of Mexican culture. I think I can learn a lot from the Latin mindset. It also involves eating copious amounts of tacos al pastor, which is a hard task but someone has to do it!
