My role is to work with our clients to improve their analytics and tracking setup. I love helping our clients find actionable insights in their data and inspiring people to monitor user behaviour on their sites to find development opportunities.

With over 5 years of experience in analytics and optimisation, I’ve had the privilege of working with a range of impactful organisations, including The British Medical Association, Mind, Marie Curie, Samaritans, Unicef UK, Oxfam, and Great Ormond Street Hospital. My expertise spans GA4 setups, custom event tracking, e-commerce, and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), allowing me to deliver tailored data solutions that drive performance.

I’ve led key projects such as implementing multi-site analytics for different consent management systems, conducting comprehensive GA4 and GTM audits, and designing complex multi-site conversion reporting structures. I’m skilled at rebuilding custom conversions and remapping analytics setups for multi-agency marketing campaigns, ensuring data accuracy and insightful reporting.

In addition to technical implementations, I’ve delivered training sessions for both novices and more advanced users, providing practical exercises and demos to help teams fully understand the capabilities of GA4 and other analytics tools. I also create and maintain documentation, naming conventions, and data layer scopes to support ongoing optimisation and transparency across digital estates

My goal is always to help organisations maximise the impact of their digital data collection and make informed decisions. I’m passionate about working collaboratively to unlock the potential of analytics for social good.

When I’m not online, you’ll find me kayaking along the south coast, panicking on a climbing wall, hunched over an embroidery project, or growing veggies in my garden.
