With over two decades of experience in software engineering, I’ve gone from a front-end engineer focused on building great products to leading the day-to-day operations of our engineering team. My focus is on creating an environment where our engineers can thrive. Ensuring they have the right tools, processes and support to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
I’m most energised by problem-solving and people strategy, understanding what makes teams tick and how to get the best from them. I take a collaborative, open approach to working with clients and colleagues alike, removing roadblocks, fostering trust, and ensuring that communication is always clear and effective.
I am particularly interested in how emerging technologies, especially AI are reshaping the digital landscape. I’m committed to making sure our teams are equipped to respond to these changes and that we can guide our clients confidently through the rapidly evolving AI space.
What I’m most proud of in my career is the strong relationships I’ve built with my teams. I’ve consistently received kind and generous feedback on my leadership style in which I aim to lead with openness, vulnerability, and empathy. I believe that many problems can be solved simply through honest, human communication.
Outside of work, I recharge by hiking, spending time near the sea, on an archery range or immersing myself in music. My family and our brilliantly chaotic lab keep life full of joy, noise, and adventure.
