As a Senior Python Developer at Torchbox, I solve complex issues for client projects and share my passion for open-source, Python and Django through knowledge sharing.
I've worked on different Django projects in the open-source world for over 20 years. My current work includes the Nasa JPL project, using Vue on the front end to communicate with our Wagtail API.
A lot of my work focuses on API designs, mainly using Django REST Framework and advanced data management systems using a model surprisingly close to a client-server architecture.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my cats, travelling, reading, playing modern board games, and tinkering with old or newer electronics and computers. I'm also a proud member of the Django Software Foundation and the Python Software Foundation.
