He has helped countless not-for-profits adopt a more user-centred process by encouraging them to focus on user experience as part of a broader digital strategy. Tom is also a bit obsessive about organising content and information architecture.
Tom can also be found shutting down his Macbook and heading for the hills. Cycling, river swimming, drinking whiskey in the evenings and black coffee in the mornings.
