I head up our Data & Analytics team, dedicated to helping our clients accurately measure their products and marketing efforts.
We do a wide range of work, from defining what good looks like with a performance framework, to setting up tracking, creating A/B testing strategies and producing analysis filled with insights.
My background is as an analyst within the charity sector (RSPCA, Breast Cancer Now, Sightsavers) and also the public sector (GDS).
At GDS I was a lead performance analyst - I created multiple performance frameworks for their services and also updated the process for how this was done. A nice quote from a product manager at GDS about one of my frameworks was "it's like digging for gold and stumbling upon diamonds".
I'm passionate about understanding why things are the way they are and coming up with solutions. This translates into a curious and detail-driven analyst with a commitment to making actionable insights that can turn into positive changes for my clients.
I love food - both cooking it and eating it! Every weekend I can be found working my way around a food market, going to a new restaurant or filling my bag with pastries I've discovered on Instagram that week.
