My role is to maintain our client’s sites by managing proactive patching and upgrading of components, resolution of incidents, and providing service reviews.
Previously, I have managed nationwide government services, working closely with the police and fire services to help plan responses to major events such as COP26 and the funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
I enjoy helping clients to achieve reliable and stable services for interacting with their audiences. Seeing my clients succeed and achieve their desired outcomes is one of my favourite parts of my role.
Outside of work, you can generally find me cooking, climbing or binge-watching the latest TV shows.
