I am MBA qualified and have more than two decades of wide ranging experience in operations, service and delivery management. I have run digital transformation programmes and am obsessive about continuous improvement. I have worked internationally, and spent time as a pro bono management consultant for charities, including Amnesty International Australia.
I love anything arty or crafty, I feel happy when I get to express my creativity. I'm a big fan of colourful clothing and fancy dress - sometimes the lines get blurred between my dressing up box and wardrobe! I enjoy skiing and whizzing around Bristol on my bright red Pashley bike. It's also important to me to contribute my skills to society so I volunteer my time as a trustee for a local youth homelessness charity called 1625 Independent People.
