As the Finance Coordinator here at Torchbox, I manage various functions to support all of our teams and carry out critical tasks to maintain the financial health of our company.
Before joining Torchbox, I worked within the private and third sectors, taking care of accounting tasks like payroll and credit control, which I thoroughly enjoy.
Now, as a co-owner, I feel inspired and motivated to deliver the best results possible. Employee ownership allows us to run a progressive, responsible, profitable and respected business, governed in the interests of its people.
Outside of work, I love to travel, go for long walks, participate in various sports, watch football (which I talk about a lot), and read. I'm fluent in English and Polish, and I speak German too.
