We are looking for a Delivery Manager, with Service Standard experience, to join our team!

Our Delivery Managers exist to increase value for team members, Torchbox and our clients. We aim to create a culture and environment that enables teams to thrive, collaborate, and produce impactful work. 

Our Delivery Managers have the following skills:

  • Agile. We understand the fundamentals of agile, and apply them everyday by creating clear, open and transparent environments in which teams can deliver.

  • Project Management. We shape delivery plans, forecast the future, balance cost vs benefit and track sprint goals.

  • Team Culture. We motivate and empower cross-disciplinary delivery teams, getting the best out of all team members and making work a great place to be!

  • Digital and Commercial Awareness. We use our knowledge of digital, and business savvy, to provide solutions that prepare our clients for the future.

We are looking for someone who is currently a delivery manager or digital project manager and passionate about working on a variety of digital projects across the full range of our non-profit client projects, from charities to the public sector. We are currently building our team and portfolio of work to increase our GDS expertise. As a result we are keen to speak to you if you the following apply:

  • Significant hands-on experience (within the civil service or agency side) of delivering digital projects and products in line with the GOV.UK Service Standard

  • ‘Practitioner’ / level 3 expertise across the majority of the skills defined by the DDaT profession for Delivery Management

  • Fluency in public sector project governance processes (e.g. spend controls, service assessment, programme boards)

  • Understanding of appropriate internal contacts and processes within a Government department

  • Keen to bring learnings from the Service Standard to improve our delivery practices with our wider client base

**This is made up of a base salary £43,875 - £60,500 and a bonus of £10,181 - £12,675. The bonus comprises a (tax free!) £3.6k EOT bonus and a company performance bonus. The bonus is paid in two tranches. The company bonus can be higher or lower based on company performance.
