About us:

Torchbox is the digital partner for many of the best, most progressive organisations in the world. We’ve become the digital marketing specialists for many of the biggest charities in the UK; we build digital products for international NGOs, governments and universities; and we created the Wagtail CMS, used by Google, NASA, the NHS and thousands more.

This is a great time to join us. We were the first digital agency to become a 100% Employee Owned Trust, and became financially independent in July this year. This frees us to invest all our profits into our employees and make a positive impact on society.

We are looking for a Senior Web Analyst  to join our team!

As a Senior Web Analyst you'll work as part of the Digital Marketing team to help our clients define, establish, implement and measure their data insight requirements in support of decision making and planning.  You'll be responsible for pushing the visibility of data within Torchbox, playing a part in ingraining measurement into our web builds and digital marketing. You'll support the direction of Torchbox's analytics work and mentor other analysts within the team. You'll develop reporting frameworks and white label features (dashboards, audit templates), and you'll pioneer and trial new tools to make theDigital Marketing team more efficient, and better, at reporting.  You'll support the team in delivering improvements to our service, contributing your expertise to decision making when applicable.

You’ll sit as part of a team of data-obsessed analysts who all have a passion for high quality data collection, visualisation, and analysis. You’ll be someone who knows where to look for the latest digital news and announcements.
