We are looking for a part-time Operations & Finance Coordinator to join our team!

You’ll be a central part of our Operations and Finance team, you’ll be looking after all of our office needs, from stationary to schedules, championing our hospitality and acting as the friendly face of the company.

As an Operations and Finance coordinator at Torchbox, you will be responsible for many areas and tasks, some of these responsibilities include:

  • Managing the maintenance of both our offices, so they are a friendly and fun space for our teams.

  • Supporting the HR and Recruitment Coordinator and our Social voice group  with the organisation and planning of our events.

  • Administration support to our Operations team and wider teams as required. 

  • Provide PA services to our leadership teams. 

  • Taking minutes at our weekly team meetings. 

  • Support our CEO with leadership management reporting.

  • Support our Finance Manager with writing and maintaining finance policies and reports. 

  • Maintaining our Health and Safety policies and organising training as required.

  • Offer support to our employee voice groups, attend monthly meetings to help manage and maintain their budgets.

  • Be a core member of our Information and Security committee to ensure that policies and training is delivered to the company.

  • Support our Finance Manager with monthly payroll and pension tasks, alongside credit control

**This is made up of a base salary of £25,000 - £30,000 and a bonus of £,7,350 - £8,100. The bonus comprises a (tax free!) £3.6k EOT bonus and a company performance bonus. The bonus is paid in two tranches. The company bonus can be higher or lower based on company performance.
