We are looking for an Interaction Designer to join our team!
Total remuneration package: £51,411 to £80,133 per annum, pro rata.**
An interaction designer works out the best way to let users interact with digital services, in terms of both overall flow and at the level of individual UI design elements.
They design interactive digital products and services focusing on how users will interact with them, based on evidence of user needs, limitations and contexts, as well as organisational outcomes.

Our Interaction Designers have the following skills:
Ability to develop and apply good practice to design websites, apps and services for our clients to a consistently high standard
Ability to create effective, intuitive and accessible designs, and iterating upon these based on feedback from users and peers
Significant experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch and Figma
Ability to prototype in code (not production-ready), building functional, responsive, working prototypes which enable hypotheses to be thoroughly tested
Experience with interaction design in a public sector or GOV.UK context is desirable, but not essential
Someone who loves to shape and facilitate workshops and design sprints
A strong communicator, both verbal and written
Experience working in an agile environment
Experience of collaborating in a multidisciplinary team
An aptitude for translating research insights into design opportunities

**This is made up of a base salary £41,575 - £66,550 and a bonus of £9,836 - £13,583. The bonus comprises a (tax free!) £3.6k EOT bonus and a company performance bonus. The bonus is paid in two tranches. The company bonus can be higher or lower based on company performance.
