Total remuneration package: £39,451 - £57,851 per annum, pro rata.**

Our Delivery Managers exist to increase value for team members, Torchbox and our clients. We aim to create a culture and environment that enables teams to thrive, collaborate, and produce impactful work.

Our Delivery Managers have the following skills:

• Agile. We understand the fundamentals of agile, and apply them everyday by creating clear, open and transparent environments in which teams can deliver.

• Project Management. We shape delivery plans, forecast the future, balance cost vs benefit and track sprint goals.

• Team Culture. We motivate and empower cross-disciplinary delivery teams, getting the best out of all team members and making work a great place to be!

• Digital and Commercial Awareness. We use our knowledge of digital, and business savvy, to provide solutions that prepare our clients for the future.

**This is made up of a base salary £31,175 - £47,175 and a bonus of £8,275 - £10,500.The bonus comprises a (tax free!) £3.6k EOT bonus and a company performance bonus. The bonus is paid in two tranches. The company bonus can be higher or lower based on company performance.
