We are looking for a Bid Manager to join our team!

You’ll play an important role in winning new business opportunities with world-class nonprofits. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role and you’ll get to work closely with the whole agency & with SMT to qualify opportunities and with our expert practitioners to write high-quality (and winning!) proposals. 

Our Bid Managers have the following skills:

  • Skilled at building trusted advisor relationships with prospects to understand their needs and circumstances and help shape compelling responses.

  • Familiar with complex buying cycles for consulting and custom software development.

  • Experienced at bidding for digital transformation and web platform projects.

  • Fluent across a broad range of themes including agile delivery, product design and development and content management systems/frameworks.

  • Able to thrive under pressure and enjoy working in a high-tempo environment.

  • Passionate about working with people and organisations who make the world a better place.

  • Experienced with the main public sector procurement frameworks in the UK (DOS, GCloud) and be familiar with the GOV.UK Service Standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Winning new business - working with the leadership team and subject matter experts to qualify new business opportunities, create winning proposals and pitches and onboard new clients.

  • Managing the new business pipeline, process and bid logistics (identifying and organising the team, managing the timeline from start to finish)

  • Marketing - supporting go-to-market campaigns, helping to shape events and content and nurturing our high-value prospects.

** This is made up of a base salary £35,200 - £49,500 and a bonus of £8,880 - £11,025.  The bonus comprises a (tax free!) £3.6k EOT bonus and a company performance bonus. The bonus is paid in two tranches. The company bonus can be higher or lower based on company performance.
