We are delighted to announce that the University of Oxford’s website has been voted Best Education Website for the second year in a row.

Unlike other award schemes, Website of the Year award winners are determined solely by public vote, with two websites receiving awards within each category.

‘Best Website’ is awarded to the site with the highest average score across four key factors (content, navigation, design and recommendation intention), while ‘Most Popular Website’ is awarded to the site which receives the highest number of votes.

Torchbox Co-Founder and Design Director, Olly Willans comments: “This is a great result for Torchbox and our long-term client, University of Oxford. Our aim was to design and build a Drupal site which would reflect the University’s standing as a global centre of excellence, while providing potential students with a window into University life. It’s great to see that the site has been so well received by both its users and the general public.”
