Over 70% of users' journeys start on search engines. Some even end there without ever visiting your website. But how often do you consult organic search data to understand how your service is found?
Drawing on our experience using organic search data to help design services for NHS Digital, I’ll share learnings that are transferable to any public sector service and reiterate that Search Engine Optimisation isn’t just keywords - it is about really understanding the end-to-end user journey.
