Course 1: Django Developer Fundamentals
Improve your backend development skills with our Django Developer Fundamentals course. You'll gain in-depth knowledge of Django Object Relational Mapping (ORM), models, migrations, and advanced data handling techniques. We'll also demystify the request-response cycle, teach you patterns for creating dynamic, responsive web applications, and guide you through URL routing.
This course unfolds over four sessions of varying length (up to 2 hours) and interactivity, each building on the last to shape your understanding and skills.
This training is perfect if you're a Django novice looking to level up or a developer seeking to refine your skills. As a minimum we would expect you to have completed the Django tutorial before undertaking this course.

Course 2: Wagtail CMS Fundamentals
After completing course 1, or if you're already proficient in the Django framework, you can join course 2, our Wagtail CMS Fundamentals.
Discover how Wagtail enhances Django's capabilities, learn the nuances of Wagtail pages, Snippets, and fields like RichTextField and StreamField.
This course unfolds over three sessions of varying length (up to 2 hours) and interactivity, each building on the last to shape your understanding and skills.
Before undertaking this course you should ideally have completed the Wagtail tutorial.
